I am an avid reader of "chick-lit," but am pretty particular in quality of books that I read. The Lovestruck books by Rachel Shurig do not disappoint. I devoured the first two volumes over a long weekend. It was just so engaging, I couldn't put it down. I was really excited to learn that a third installment was released, and again, finished the book in a couple of days. This particular volume focuses on Lizzie as she plans her wedding to Thomas, and is conflicted by what she wants and what her family wants. Although some parts of the book were a bit sappy and over the top, for the most part, I found the book really enjoyable and am really hoping that Shurig will continue with the series.
If you like Chick-lit, particularly authors like Jill Mansell or Carole Matthews, then you will like Shurig's work.

Please continue writing this series for another 5 books! I love the characters, love your writing and would seriously keep reading these if there were more after Starstruck. I would highly recommend this series to anyone that loves Chick Lit!!
4.5 - I REALLY liked it and I always round up.
I just loved this. I think my favorite part was when she found her wedding dress I could just about picture it in my head. I think my heart may have stopped for second with the drama that came near the end but it just made the story better. Good read.
Excellent series with a perfect conclusion! Loved the way everything worked out for Lizzie and Thomas. Loved how their trust for each other evolved. Loved them and their families and friends. Hate to see the series end...oh, wait...there is still Christmas to look forward to-- yep...I will definitely be preordering that story! Thanks, Rachel,for remaining true to the story through the end of the trilogy. I'm looking forward to reading more by this excellent author!
Good wrap of their relationship and such with the wedding exactly as they would have liked. This one had a few more surprised which I liked.
I spent a few days bingeing on this trilogy and enjoyed it overall. The trouble with a binge is that ultimately you often end up overdoing things and I think maybe it would have been better to have a break between each book. I ended up with the feeling that it all went on for way too long and dragged. Maybe this should have been a novella instead of a full book. Anyway you'll want to read it if you've read all the others. The love story between the main characters is very sweet even if you want to to slap the h for being such a doormat to her overbearing family.
Loved the Lovestruck series. I got the first book and when I was done I was so involved with the characters I had to read the next two. Lovestruck Forever is a wonderful tale that will stand alone but for the best read, start with the first of the series.

I felt like I was living in London, Los Angeles and the suburbs of Detroit as I read these novels. I walked the streets with them, ate in the restaurants and lived with their families. I wanted to travel through the pages and be part of this rag tag family who care so much about one another.

Rachel Schurig did a fantastic job of setting the stage for a romance with plenty of real life grit. Life isn't always easy and neither is love. But when you findyour forever, you have to hang on no matter what.
